Booking Policies

  • We understand that plans can change. To provide the best service to our clients, please review the cancellation and missed session policies.
  • Cancellations
    If you'd like to cancel or reschedule your paid session, please do so at least 24-48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may need our assistance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Missed Sessions
    If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued. We value your time and ours, so please make every effort to attend as scheduled.
